[edit] Info

The symbol on the side of the intel in game is the same color as the team that owns it. The intel can only be picked up by enemy players, meaning that once it has been moved, retrieving it is impossible, and it must be defended at its new location. If a block is removed under the intel, it will fall until it lands on another block. If a block is placed in the same space as the intel, it will be shunted upwards to rest on top of the block.

[edit] Capturing

The intel is captured by picking it up. However, after you have picked it up, it will be displayed upon your back, making you easy to spot for trigger-happy enemies. It is advised to have some teammates covering you. If the intel is taken to the command post, a point is scored for the capturing side. The player that brought intel to the base will also get 10 points. The intel then respawns after it is captured, at a slightly different location than before.

[edit] Fake intel

Often, both teams will place 7x7 squares (made up of colored blocks) on their terrain that look like their team's intel marker GreenIntel.png BlueIntel.png when viewed on the map. This is to obscure the real location of the intel and to lure enemies to that location for ambush.

[edit] Trivia

  • Green Team's intel is default. That means when, for example on Intel RPG game mode, when intel appears on middle of the map, it will always be green, even though it doesnt belong to any team.
